February 1, 2010 – (Woonsocket, RI – February 1, 2010) – The Plastics Group of America (TPG), a leading supplier and compounder of thermoplastic resins based in Woonsocket, RI, will begin direct distribution to SABIC customers beginning on February 15th, 2010.
Including the years when it was doing business as GE Polymerland, SABIC had been an authorized distributor of TPG’s Polifil® reinforced thermoplastic resins for almost two decades. Now, TPG will deal directly with those customers who had previously purchased TPG’s Polifil products from SABIC. As a result, these customers will be able to now order in smaller quantities (50# or greater) and can expect faster processing of their orders since they will be dealing directly with the manufacturer.
